Village is located 58 km from Cagliari in the town of Villasimius. The
residence offers the following facilities: WI-FI unlimited, swimming pool with hydromassage area and telescopic
cover (closed and heated in low season), barbecue area, equipped beach
at 650 meters, snack bar, children's play area. Small pets (max. 10 kg) are
allowed on request with an additional charge of € 25,00 for extra cleaning.They can access the common areas only if kept on a
leash.For arrivals after 20:00 guests must notify the
reception in advance, to receive instructions for getting the apartment keys, otherwise it will not be guaranteed the delivery of the apartment.
Stays of up to 3 nights DO NOT include tidying up and
changing bathroom linen.
For stays longer than 4 nights, cleaning and changes
depend on the length of the stay
Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette, kitchenette
cleaning is responsibility of the guest).
Equipped beach (approximately 700 metres) with sunbeds
and umbrellas. Beach towels will be delivered exclusively when the beach is
open (from 18/05/24 to 06/10/24) and for stays of at least 7 nights. Each
booking entitles you, regardless of the number of people, to 1 umbrella and two
sunbeds per apartment.
