Surrounded by
Mediterranean vegetation full of palm trees, oleanders and green meadows, and a
few steps from the enchanting Simius beach, the Green Village Resort is
the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The Green Village Resort have independent
villas with furnished veranda, not far from the center of Villasimius. Small
pets (max. 10 kg) are allowed on request with an additional charge of € 25,00
for extra cleaning.They can access the common areas only if kept on a
leash.For arrivals after 20:00 guests must notify the
reception, to receive instructions for getting the apartment keys, otherwise delivery of the apartment may not be guaranteed.
Stays of up to 3 nights DO NOT include tidying up and
changing bathroom linen.
For stays longer than 4 nights, cleaning and changes
depend on the length of the stay
Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette, kitchenette
cleaning is responsibility of the guest).
Equipped beach (approximately 700 metres) with sunbeds
and umbrellas. Beach towels will be delivered exclusively when the beach is
open (from 18/05/24 to 06/10/24) and for stays of at least 7 nights. Each
booking entitles you, regardless of the number of people, to 1 umbrella and two
sunbeds per apartment.
