Sea Villas
The Sea Villas is a complex of villas set within the Country Paradise on a hill overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view, Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres by car from Stintino. A privately run supermarket/grocery store is available at the estate (whose opening season is usually from June to September). The residential complex Sea Villas is perched on a hill overlooking the enchanting so-called "external seaside", the western part of Stintino. This coastline is high and rugged, with sandy and pebbly coves. The eastern part, known as "the internal seaside", situated along the inner part of the gulf, features a low and sheltered shoreline. The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is at just 3 kms from the residential complex; the famous La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away, therefore, a car is recommended.
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 30,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, water, gas and 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 night only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 11.05 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 18.10
FINAL CLEANING: Villa 4/4 IN € 80.00; Villa 6 IN/6ES € 90.00; Villa 8 ES € 100.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Stintino in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
IMPORTANT: During the check-in, guests staying in villas with swimming pool will have to sign a declaration stating that the use of the pool is under their own responsibility, as they are private swimming pools for which the presence of lifeguards is not mandatory.
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
