Recently built, the complex Gardenia is located about
150 meters from the beach of the Lido of Alghero. On four floors, is composed
of 61 fully furnished apartments. The residence is equipped with lifts, a
renewed and modern swimming pool with a section reserved for children (open from
May to October) and a private unguarded car park on reservation (extra
payment). On the ground floor you will find a supermarket and a bar, not
directly managed. The center of Alghero is about 1500 meters and is connected
by regular bus service. The apartments are fully furnished and are of two
different types, for 4 or 6 people, all equipped with satellite TV and safe
(extra payment). The kitchenettes are equipped with kitchenware, crockery and
cutlery for the number of beds and include a refrigerator and kitchen with 4
electric plates. The balconies are equipped with table and chairs resin.
Pets are allowed with an additional charge of € 15,00
per day.

is responsibility of the guest)
COMPULSORY CHARGES

guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.

Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
