Bianchi residence is located in the well-known town of Santa Teresa Gallura. It
is set in a peaceful area at just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach
of Rena Bianca and the town centre, with its picturesque main square surrounded
by cafés, restaurants and colourful craft shops. From the modern marina it is
possible to reach Corsica by ferry and the stunning archipelago of La
Maddalena. The amazing Rena Bianca beach, characterised by fine, white sand and
crystal-clear sea, is just at 800 mts. The beach features beach umbrellas and
sun loungers rentals and many diving centres, managed by external providers. A
public bus (at about 500 mts) to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata is
available from mid-June to mid-September.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, water, a set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 28.03 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 25.10
FINAL CLEANING: BILO € 80.00; TRILO € 90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura in cash, the amount may change
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
