Baia dei Mirti Residence is located at Vignola
Mare in Aglientu. The complex is immersed in the Mediterranean maquis in front
of a beautiful pine forest and it is designed with harmonious architectural
lines in perfect Gallura style. It consists of a residential area with a
courtyard shape where there are, divided into four bodies, both apartments at
the ground floor with patio/small garden and first floor flats with balcony. In
the central one you can find the reception office, a snack bar, a small market,
a laundry and the beautiful swimming pool for adults and children. At 800
metres, Vignola Mare offers a wide beach of fine sand and various services such
as ATM, a market (opened from the 1st April to the 30th of October),
hairdresser, gastronomy, parapharmacy, medical service.
A few km away are the beaches of Nuracu Nieddu
(4.7 km), Monti Russu (7.2 km), Rena Majore (12.2 km) and Santa Teresa di
Gallura (19 km) departure point for Corsica. The use
of a car is
recommended.
Small pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in
the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of €
30,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals
after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact
the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the
apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement
and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory
waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

RATES
INCLUDE: utiliy fees (electricity,
water), bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights
only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights), air conditioning,
1 beach umbrella available for each apartment,
use of the swimming pool, laundry; Wi-Fi.

the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable at the end of the stay,
providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred): € 150.00. In case
of checkout during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank
transfer (additional charges will be applied).
