The Residence San
Teodoro is located on the north east coast of Sardinia. It is located about 900
meters from the center of San Teodoro. From the Residence is possible to
access directly to the beach of Cala D'Ambra, which is about 300 meters.
It consists of terraced buildings, inserted into the natural surroundings. All
apartments are tastefully furnished and with a veranda and private entrance. Pets
allowed (small pets) only on request with a supplement of € 50.00. Arrivals
after 23:00 must be communicated to the structure and will be a surcharge of €
35.00 payable locally.
COSTS: Bilo 3 € 100.00;
Trilo 4 and Villas SV € 120.00. The rate includes: utiliy fees (electricity,
water, and gas)
FINAL
CLEANING: Bilo 3 € 110.00; Trilo 4 and Villas SV € 140.00.
Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility
of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.DEPOSIT (refundable at the end
of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred): € 200.00

Villa Oasis on request for exclusive use of the swimming pool located in the garden with a supplement of €700.00
