The residence, named after the scented oleanders that surround it, is built on a hillside amidst typical Mediterranean vegetation and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property is only 350 metres from Liscia di Vacca beach and also provides two swimming pools. Cafès, bars, restaurants are located at 1.5 kms, therefore a car is suggested. Golf enthusiasts will find the Pevero Golf Club at only 5 kms away. The port and airport of Olbia are at about 26 kms from the property.
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 40,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
