The apartments of the Palau Green Village, built with
the typical Sardinian stone, are set amidst well-tended until 15.01.2024
gardens and pathways that lead to the central swimming pool. The residence is
located at 500 metres from the centre of Palau, and 20 minutes by ferry from
the archipelago of La Maddalena, with its spectacular marine park, and 30
minutes by car from the Emerald Coast. The nearest beach, at only 150 metres
away and set in front of the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La
Maddalena, is surrounded by a thick pine wood, perfect for picnics, walks and
outdoor sports activities as it features also a fitness trail.

RATES INCLUDE: Access to swimming pool with solarium area, air conditioning, outdoor parking, shared washing machine and dryer, bicycles (service based on availability, security deposit: € 50.00), shared BBQ.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens and towels(bed linens and towelsare changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 28.03-14.06 and from 14.09 to 04.11
FINAL CLEANING: mono € 70.00; bilo € 80.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Palau in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
