Le Dimore di Budoni is a complex of apartments that lies in an excellent position at just 300 meters from the amazing beach of Budoni, famous for its crystal-clear sea, white sand and its beautiful pine wood. The complex is set amidst large and well-kept gardens where you can relax.
The main street of Budoni, where you can find cafès, restaurants, supermarkets, and handicraft shops, is only 500 mts away.
The lovely centre of the town, located at about 1.5 kms away, offers entertaining night markets and live music. In a short drive you can also easily reach San Teodoro and, in less than 30 minutes, the port and the airport of Olbia.
Pets are allowed (max 25 kg, to be indicated in the reservation) - except in common areas - with an additional charge of € 30,00 for extra cleaning. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 night only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 28.03 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 25.10
FINAL CLEANING: Bilo € 80.00; Trilo € 90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Budoni, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
