view. The complex is surrounded by greenery, with panoramic terraces on the

pool. Baja Sardinia is only 4 kms away, therefore a car is highly recommended,
and it's well-known for its white sandy beach and crystal clear sea. The
Residence is about 1.3 kms from Cala dei Ginepri and at 10 kms from Porto
Cervo, a popular destinations among VIPs and jetsetters, offering a vibrant
nightlife with its exclusive clubs and discos.

UTILITY FEE: from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5.00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights).
Utility fees are included from 13.04 to 14.06 and from 14.09 to 25.10
FINAL CLEANING: Bilo € 80,00, Trilo 6/6VM € 90,00, Quadri € 100,00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Baja Sardinia in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
