Residence Cala Viola
The Cala Viola Residence is located in the village of Sos Alinos, at about 12 km from the small town of Orosei, and just 1.2 km from the amazing beach of Cala Liberotto, one of the most beautiful and famous in the Gulf of Orosei.
The residence has a swimming pool with whirlpool area and an equipped solarium, a children's playground and a barbecue area surrounded by greenery. In the surroundings there are cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, chemist's, tobacconist's, medical service, hairdresser's, newsagent's, ice-cream parlour and a public bus stop at only 100 metres.
Small pets (max 10 kg, max 1 per apt., to be indicated in the reservation) are allowed into the flats only: € 10.00 per day. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier and are strictly forbidden to access any common area, except the way to/from the flat. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated (at least 48 hours) in advance to the property. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. RATES INCLUDE: access to swimming pool with solarium area, wi-fi use in pool area, air conditioning, unguarded parking.
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
UTILITY FEE: From 15.06 to 13.09: € 10,00 per person, from the age of 3 years old, per day; other periods: € 5,00 per person, from the age of 3 years old, per day. The price includes electricity, water, gas, 1 set of bed lines and bath towels (linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights), final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 60.00).
CITY TAX: Mandatory, to be paid by guests upon arrival in cash. The amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 150.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied: ca. € 5.00).
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
