The Hotel Maria
Rosaria is a 4 stars hotel located in the center of the village of Orosei, on
the east coast of Sardinia. The hotel has a swimming pool, poolside
restaurant/pizzeria, car park, internet Wi-Fi (in public areas and rooms), It’s
possible to require: laundry service, ironing service, free cot on request. Small
pets are allowed (except in public areas). Only a limited number of pets is
allowed and a request during reservation is needed. The price is € 20.00 per
day. According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the
beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm.
In Half Board and Full Board drinks included with
meals: ½ L sparkling or still water, ¼ L house wine, or 40 cl beer, to be
consumed in restaurant.

Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
