The Alba Dorata
Resort is located in Sas Linnas Siccas Bay, 9 km from Orosei and just 500
meters from the sea. The complex consists of one and two-family villas, with a
private entrance on the ground floor, kitchenette and veranda. The structure
offers the following facilities: reception, indoor unguarded parking, outdoor
swimming pool, Wi-Fi, free shuttle service to reach the beach, day and evening
entertainment for adults and children. Extra services for a fee: bar,
restaurant, newspapers, laundry, baby sitting. Small pets are allowed (except
in public areas). Only a limited number of pets is allowed and a request during
reservation is needed. The price is € 20.00 per day. According to our regional
law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog
beaches, from 8am to 8pm.

Terms and conditions
RATES INCLUDE: utility fees (electricity, water, gas), air conditioning, weekly change of bed and bath linen (kitchen linennot available), final cleaning (corner kitchenette cleaning is responsibility of the guest)
COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
FINAL CLEANING: Corner kitchenette cleaning is responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay
CLUB CARD: € 42.00 per person per week from 3
years old.
The price includes the daily and evening entertainment, Miniclub (from mid June
to mid September), children’s playground, use of the swimming pool (beach umbrellas
and deckchairs, service based on availability) and sports facilities.
OPTIONAL CHARGES:
INFANT CADRLE: up to 3 years of age, to be
requested at the time of booking, with payment on site per week € 105.00 in all
periods.
ADDITIONAL BED: to be paid on site, on request and according to
availability, in the Three-room apartments € 105.00 in all periods.
Cancellation Policy:
Until 30 days before arrival, no penalty;
from 29 to 19 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reservation;
from 18 to 4 days before arrival, 75% of the reservation;
from 3 to the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation;
For "SPECIAL PRICE" fare, the cancellation policy are not valid.
