With Tours in Freedom you get to visit the whole of the island, while staying in hotel accommodation in the interior. This gives you the opportunity to discover not only the coasts, but also the rugged inner part. You can move around as free as you like from the sea to the mountains – you can appreciate Sardinia in all its wild charm.
This type of holiday is suitable for people of all ages, with not many, but nonetheless essential, needs: maximum liberty of movement and maximum comfort in the accommodation and services booked, maximum guarantee for the hotel bookings.
For each Itinerary in Sardinia a suggested programme of visits is provided, but there is no obligation to stick to it. So, based on the Itinerary, you can make it a Do-It-Yourself trip, deciding to visit all the places amongst those indicated, or just some.
The only steps that must be adhered to are the overnight stays in the localities and facilities that you have confirmed.
The rest is pure freedom. You will be able to move around with your own car, motorbike or bicycle, or a vehicle that you rent when you get here. This is a special holiday in Sardinia that you can’t miss out on.
The choice of which Itinerary you prefer is yours, from our side we offer a cast-iron guarantee of a good holiday.
Duration of the Tours: the Itineraries can last from 7 to 14 nights. You can start the tour on any day of the week, on the basis of hotel availability.
During the peak season, several of the coastal accommodation facilities included in the Itineraries may not be available – it will be our job to propose a viable alternative, without upsetting the Itinerary chosen.
Minimum number of participants: the prices shown are per person and are calculated on the basis of a minimum of 2 people per Tour.
Prices include: overnight stay in 3-star hotels in twin rooms with a bathroom - 7 nights and 7 breakfasts or 7 dinners if the programme foresees the possibility of half board.
Prices do not include: meals; the trip to and from Sardinia; excursions, entrance fees in general or any other service not explicitly stated.
The CombinaTour: You may combine a Tour in Freedom both with a stay at a seaside location and with another Tour.
It is very simple, all you have to do is add to the price of the tour, the price of the second Itinerary or that of your stay in a Hotel, Residential complex, Holiday village or other favoured accommodation, in the numerous splendid locations throughout Sardinia. Transfer to and from seaside accommodation that may be combined with the Tour, is not included and must be requested when booking the holiday.
The classification of the accommodation: the hotels proposed in the Tours in Freedom are of different categories. Hence, in the same Tour you may use hotels that are all 3-star, or both 3 and 4-star. In any case, the hotels are always of a high standard of quality.
The classification of the season of the tour: this is calculated on the basis of the day of arrival in Sardinia.
